About Me
About Me
Mallory Tiffany, LMHC (FL) LPC (MO)
Owner, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (FL) & Licensed Professional Counselor (MO)
I'm a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including private practice, community mental health programs, and trauma-focused services. My clinical expertise includes treating anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and working with military service members/veterans and/or their families.
I understand that military life comes with unique stressors such as deployments, reintegration, identity shifts, relationship strain, and exposure to trauma. My goal is to provide a space that feels grounded, respectful, and safe, where you don’t have to explain or minimize your experiences. Whether you’re adjusting to civilian life, working through past trauma, or navigating changes within your family, I’m here to support you.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I previously worked as a victim advocate in the criminal justice system, providing guidance, emotional support, and resources to survivors navigating complex legal and personal challenges. This experience informs my trauma-informed, client-centered approach and strengthens my ability to create a safe, empowering space for all clients.
I use a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, CPT, DBT, & TF-CBT, tailoring my interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
At Black Acre Counseling LLC, I combine professionalism with warmth, offering a welcoming environment where clients feel understood, supported, and encouraged to grow. I believe therapy is a partnership and I'm committed to walking alongside clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and thriving.
I am only providing telehealth services for the State of Florida and Missouri. The telehealth services are through a HIPPA-compliant videoconferencing software.
If I am out of network with your insurance, I will provide documentation for out-of-network benefits. I am accepting new clients.
