A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request and will be provided before services are scheduled or as soon as possible. Initial Psychotherapy Consultation

An Initial Psychotherapy Consultation is your first meeting with a licensed therapist to discuss your concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment.
This session provides a clear understanding of your mental health needs and helps determine the most effective therapy options for you.
It’s a supportive, confidential space to ask questions, explore what you’re experiencing, and receive professional guidance on next steps. This free consultation can offer via phone or telehealth and is 15 minutes long.
Psychotherapy Diagnostic Evaluation
(90 mins) - $175.00
A Psychotherapy Diagnostic Evaluation is the essential first step in starting professional mental health care. During this initial session, a licensed therapist assesses your symptoms, mental health history, and current concerns to provide an accurate diagnosis and customized treatment plan. This evaluation helps identify conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship issues.

Psychotherapy Couples/Family Evaluation

A couples or family psychotherapy evaluation provides a thoughtful, structured space to understand relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and shared challenges. Through collaborative conversations and clinical insight, the evaluation helps clarify strengths, identify areas of concern, and guide recommendations for effective, supportive treatment moving forward.
Psychotherapy Session

A psychotherapy session provides a safe, confidential space to work with a licensed therapist on challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. Using evidence-based therapy approaches, each session helps you understand your emotions, develop effective coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward better mental health. Psychotherapy sessions are available in-person or online for flexible, personalized support.
Psychotherapy Couples/Family Session
(60 mins) - $135.00
These sessions help couples and families work through conflict, life transitions, and emotional stressors in a collaborative and respectful environment. Therapy is tailored to support growth, understanding, and meaningful change within the relationship system.
At times, clients may request documentation to support legal, workplace, educational, or other personal matters. Examples may include court-related letters, treatment verification letters, or other professional correspondence.
To ensure any documentation is based on adequate clinical knowledge and assessment, clients must complete an initial intake evaluation and attend a minimum of four therapy sessions before documentation requests can be considered.
All letters and forms are completed based on clinical judgment, ethical guidelines, and the information available through treatment. Completion of documentation is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.

There is no charge for work or school excuse/absence letters.
As part of a comprehensive mental health evaluation, I offer assessments for clients who may benefit from an Emotional Support Animal (ESA). ESAs can provide comfort, stability, and therapeutic support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and other emotional challenges.
To ensure ethical and clinically appropriate care, an initial intake assessment and a minimum of four psychotherapy sessions are required before an ESA letter can be considered. This allows us time to thoroughly assess your needs, establish a therapeutic relationship, and determine whether an ESA is an appropriate part of your treatment plan.
If clinically indicated, documentation is provided in accordance with federal guidelines.
As part of a comprehensive mental health evaluation, I provide completion of FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) paperwork when clinically appropriate. This service includes reviewing documentation requirements, assessing eligibility based on treatment needs, and completing forms to support medical leave requests related to mental health conditions.
To ensure ethical and clinically appropriate care, an initial intake assessment and a minimum of four psychotherapy sessions are required before FMLA paperwork can be considered. This allows us time to thoroughly assess your needs, and establish a therapeutic relationship.
