At this time I accept insurance clients only via Headway or Tava Health, please see profile links above. Please email me regarding any insurance questions. If I am out of network with your insurance, I do provide documentation for out-of-network benefits. I am accepting new clients. 

Please note If you are using insurance, the copay/fee amount is based on your specific insurance plan. I highly recommend you contact your insurance provider for that information.

Good Faith Estimate - No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your mental health care under the No Surprises Act. This estimate outlines anticipated charges for services if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request and will be provided before services are scheduled or as soon as possible. If you have questions about your estimate or fees, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
