Good Faith Estimate - No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your mental health care under the No Surprises Act. This estimate outlines anticipated charges for services if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request and will be provided before services are scheduled or as soon as possible.
